日前，經過近46小時的連續澆筑，在漢央企中鐵大橋局承建的世界在建最大跨度公鐵兩用斜拉橋——常泰長江大橋6號主塔下橫梁首個“L”型區域澆筑完成，標志著大橋主塔下橫梁澆筑施工全面展開。
常泰長江大橋主塔分為上塔柱、中塔柱、下塔柱，在下塔柱與中塔柱交界處設置橫梁，采用單箱單室截面，共布置兩個橫向橫梁和兩個縱向橫梁，橫向橫梁長41.8米，跨中梁高8米，寬7米，縱向橫梁長19.8米，跨中梁高6米，梁寬6米。
橫梁與塔肢混凝土澆筑分為4個“L”型區域，橫梁與第8節塔柱同步施工，單個“L”型區域混凝土方量約1900方。本次混凝土澆筑采用2套水上拌和站、1套岸上拌和站、2臺28米固定式布料機、1臺13米移動式自平衡布料機進行，各類施工人員達300余人。
中鐵大橋局常泰長江大橋項目部位于江蘇省常州市，自3月13日常州疫情出現反復以來，項目部緊急啟動防疫預案，嚴格封閉管理，按包保責任分工24小時派人值守，堅持做到防疫抗疫與施工生產兩手抓兩手硬。在做好各項防疫工作的同時，科學制訂工程進度計劃，縝密劃分施工流水段，確保施工不間斷。同時，組織大橋青年志愿者快速行動，目前項目部已相繼完成五輪次1200余人核酸檢測。
常泰長江大橋為目前在建的世界最大跨度公鐵兩用斜拉橋，公鐵合建段橋梁主梁采用4266米連續鋼桁梁，也是目前在建的最大連續長度鋼桁梁。大橋在新結構、新材料、新設備、新工藝等方面，將實現“四個世界首創”：首創溫度自適應塔梁縱向約束體系(TARS);首創臺階型減沖刷、減自重沉井基礎;首創“鋼箱-核心混凝土”組合索塔錨固結構;首創“鋼-混”混合結構空間鉆石型橋塔。
大橋連通常州市和泰興市，路線起自泰興市六圩港大道，跨長江主航道，經錄安洲，跨長江夾江，止于常州市新北區港區大道，路線全長10.03公里。主航道橋為主跨1176米的鋼桁梁斜拉橋，天星洲航道橋和錄安洲航道橋均采用主跨388米的鋼桁梁拱橋。大橋上層橋面布置為6車道高速公路，設計時速100公里;下層橋面上游側布置為2線城際鐵路，設計時速200公里;下層橋面下游側布置為4車道一級公路，設計時速80公里。(工人日報-中工網記者 張翀 通訊員 宦途倫 孫璐 鄒振磊)
